  TERMS OF DELIVERY

  We deliver throughout Europe and to the UK (except Norway). Our shipping partners are PostNord, DHL and Bring.

  All prices on the website are exclusive of shipping costs.

  DELIVERY TIME

  • Standard delivery: 2-7 working days
  • Express delivery: 1-3 working days

  SHIPPING OPTION

  We use PostNord, DHL and Bring as our logistics partners. Your orders are delivered either to an agent or directly to your home, depending on what is most convenient.

  Please note that PostNord Varubrev is not covered by any insurance. If the package disappears during transportation via PostNord, we can therefore unfortunately not offer compensation.
  For added security, we recommend that you choose DHL or Bring, both of which offer full traceability and insurance. In the unlikely event that your package is lost, you will receive a full refund.

  OUR RESPONSIBILITY

  Our responsibility ends when your order has been handed over to the chosen shipping company according to the delivery method you have chosen.
  However, we want our customers to feel safe – if anything should arise, we will be happy to help you contact the shipping company and follow up the matter.

  RETURN

  You have the right to return goods within 14 days from the date of delivery, provided the product is in its original unbroken packaging.

  Refunds will be made to the same payment method used at the time of purchase, after we have received and approved the return.
  The customer is responsible for the return cost.

  In the event of a return for reasons other than a fault caused by us, only the value of the item will be refunded – not the shipping cost.
  Please note that we unfortunately cannot accept returns on sale items.
