  SHIPPING CONDITION

  We ship everywhere in Europe and the UK (except Norway). We use Postnord and DHL as our shipping providers. All prices on the website are exclusive of standard shipping costs.

  STANDARD SHIPPING TIME: 2-7 days.

  EXPRESS SHIPPING TIME: 1-3 days.

  SHIPPING METHODS

  • • Standard shipping:

  PostNord – Your orders are shipped either to an agent or directly to your door. This delivery method does not include any shipping insurance in case your order is lost in transit.

  • • Standard shipping + insurance:

  DHL – This shipping option offers full traceability and insurance for your order. If your package is lost, you get a full refund. Your order will be sent to the nearest retailer where you will be asked to provide identification to collect your order.

  • • Standard shipping + insurance + home delivery:

  DHL – The delivery method offers full traceability and insurance for your order, if your package is lost you will get your money back. Your order will be sent to your home, where you will need to provide identification to receive your order.

  • • Our responsibility

  Our responsibility ends when your order has been delivered by us to the shipping agent with the mode of transport you have chosen. (As we want our customers to feel satisfied, we will help you to contact the shipping agent if there are any problems).

  RETURNS

  Goods returned within 14 days of the delivery date in unbroken packaging are eligible for a full refund. Read more on our Return and Exchange Policy page. Refunds are made to the original payment method after we have received, inspected and confirmed the return. The customer pays for return shipping costs. If an order is returned for a reason other than a mistake we have made, you will only be refunded the cost of the order and not the shipping cost. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.
